Depending on where you'll place the crystal, it may be hard to see the design since the crystal is transparent and the etching is entirely white. So we advise buying the Light Base along with the crystal. It lights up the engraving and makes it much easier to see the image. We always say that it gives life to the crystal.

The production time is 1-2 business days. The shipping time will take 3-8 business days.

The engraving process uses a laser to etch images and text on your crystal. When the laser is focused on the glass, the focal point of energy is so high that the structure is changed to a small point. The laser beam is controlled by a computer, creating an image made of a thousand small points. This laser process is known as Vitrography.

Yes. You can see the recommended number of figures in the size selection section on the products page. If the picture you upload has more figures than the recommended, we'll proceed with the design in 2D, and each figure will look tiny on the engraving.

We do not offer proofs for individual orders. Since our designers do their best to match the 3D engraving to the submitted image, your photo serves as proof. If you really must see a proof, please specify in the ‘Special Instructions’ section. Do keep in mind that if a proof is asked for, the production period becomes prolonged. If you are not happy with the proof and would like to swap out the image, there would be an extra $30 charge to swap out the original image. Please be sure to specify any instructions you have to the designers in the "Special Instructions" section upon placing an order. If the customer does not write in the Special Instructions Section, the designers have free will to move around the image and text, to allow for the best possible outcome of the crystal.

You can select the crystal of your preference on the menu on our website, and you'll be redirected to its product page.

While customizing your crystal on the product page, click on the 'Upload Photo' button. A window will open, allowing you to browse through images stored on your device. It is the same process as uploading a picture to your email. We recommend uploading files between 100kb and 5MB for the best picture quality. Our website has a size limit of 10MB so if you would like to upload a photo larger than 10MB, please send it as an email attachment to support@3dpixcrystal.com

Our system can process almost any image file format. The most common file formats include JPG, JPEG and PNG. If your file format is not listed here (such as GIF, TIFF, BMP), contact us at support@3dpixcrystal.com and we will be able to help you.

Yes, we ship to places all around the world! Some areas that we do not ship to (yet!) include Africa, China, Palestine, Southwest Asia, and Yugoslavia. As for shipping and handling pricing, that would all depend on your country, what shape, size, and weight of your entire order, and if you need the crystal to be shipped with expedited shipping.
